Special Note About Metal Allergies

It has come to our attention that some of you may be concerned about our jewelry
being made of metal that contains nickle, or that is nickle-plated.

None of our hand-crafted items are made with nickle or nickle plated metals. We
would never knowingly use metals that contain nickle for any jewelry that would have
a prolonged exposure to the skin. There may be nickle in a key-chain for example, but
we would not make a bracelet, or necklace from it.

We commonly use bright aluminum, copper, brass and bronze.

The body does not absorb aluminum easily, and the skin, lungs and gut act as
effective barriers. An allergy to aluminum is possible, as it is with the copper, brass
and bronze that we use, however, allergies to these metals are not common.
We do offer, for those who are concerned about what type of metal their jewelry is
